Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return an item, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Email us at sales@seller-vision.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the item. We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
