Delivery timeframes apply to mainland UK addresses and should be used as a guide. If you are based in a remote area, including the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, please allow at least one extra working day for delivery.

Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return an item, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition, and returned with all original components and packaging intact.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Email us at sales@seller-vision.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the item. We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
